Structural Preparation & Rolling

Our process begins with meticulous preparation. We offer comprehensive in‑house plate rolling up to 800 tonnes, along with full structural steel preparation, providing a solid foundation for precision fabrication. Our facility is equipped with cranes rated up to 100 tonnes, with tandem lifting capability to safely manage larger and heavier components.

Certified Welding Processes

We utilise a comprehensive range of welding processes to meet any project specification. Our work is performed in strict adherence to Australian standards, including AS1554.1, AS1554.4, AS1554.5, AS1554.6, AS3992, and AWSD1.1. The process is overseen by full-time on-site AS1796 Certificate 10 Weld Supervisors, ensuring weldments of absolute integrity and compliance.
