Our client required large-scale luffing drums for critical mining operations. This was a complex assembly demanding fabrication, precision machining, and a complete mechanical assembly to exact specifications.
The luffing drums were manufactured, assembled and delivered ready for easy installation. One conversation, one timeline, one point of accountability. When everything is done in-house, we can manage every detail while getting the best results.
We delivered a complex heavy solution with all structural components fabricated and welded with full penetration to fatigue loading standards. The major mechanical assembly and fit-out, weld, NDT and machining were completed with full traceability, outlined in the provided Master Document Register.
