A perfect finish begins with a perfect surface. Our process starts with abrasive blasting in a controlled environment to remove all contaminants and create the ideal surface profile for maximum coating adhesion and performance. With a blasting capability of 40m x 7m x 7m and up to 100 tonnes, we can accommodate large-scale components while maintaining the highest preparation standards.

Within our modern, purpose-built facility, our team applies a range of high-performance industrial coating systems, including complex multi-coat epoxy applications and various specialised coating systems. The process is carried out in a controlled environment to ensure consistency and coating performance.

The process is overseen by experienced personnel, ensuring strict quality control and a consistent, defect-free finish on every project. Inspection and testing can be carried out in accordance with client requirements, including NACE inspection standards where specified.

Paint reporting and documentation will be provided and supplied as part of the project MDR compilation, ensuring full traceability and compliance for all coating works.
