Growing Our Fabrication Capabilities

Our Mossvale facility is a 4500 sqm fabrication shop on a 11,000 sqm block. With an expansion is underway next door for an additional 11,000 sqm fabrication shop on a 20,000 sqm block.

Site Capabilities

Welding to Australian Standards

Our team of internally qualified weld supervisors strictly adheres to relevant industry standards for every project, ensuring exceptional quality and safety. We also have the capability to develop and weld to international standards, including AWS, where required.

Welding processes incl. SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and TGAW

We offer various welding processing tailored specifically to different projects depending on materials, thicknesses, and project requirements. All processes and consumables managed and traced with Eilbeck QA systems.

All Non Destructive testing by third party NATA inspectors

Eilbeck only uses NATA-approved independent testing companies, developing NDT reports and weld maps for MDR inclusion.

Plate Rolling

DAVI 800t x 3m wide plate rolls, capable of 80mm plate GR350 plate. With full supporting Submerged Arc Welding Capability

Brake Press

300t with 3.1m blade

PWHT

8.5m x 4.5m x 4.5m Post-weld heat treatment furnace with full load traceability and reporting.

Blasting and Paint

40m x 7.5x x 7.5m and up to 100t capacity

In-house Supervisors

Full time in house Welding supervisor AS1796 Certificate 10 and Paint Supervisor NACE II

Lifting Capacity

Up to 100t overhead, or 200t combined lift
